Collectively, proceeds will allow the Fox Valley Park Foundation to pursue its mission of providing Access for All in support of Social Equity. Thanks to our generous donors, we continue to impact the lives of our recreationally under-served residents to build a healthy community.

2023: Foundation Awards $85,000 in Golf for Kids Fundraiser Grants to Recreation to Build a Healthy Community

The Fox Valley Park Foundation has awarded $85,000 to six recipients for 2024. These funds were sourced through the Foundation’s annual Golf for Kids Benefit Outing to help support recreational and educational opportunities for the under-resourced youth and veterans in our community.

  • Veterans Luncheon – $1,600
  • Preschool Playgroups in the Park – $1,250
  • Environmental Education Field Trip – $4,650
  • After School Boxing Program – $10,000
  • Sports Saturday Program – $10,000
  • Parker’s Foundation Grant Program – $57,500
  • 2023 Total Grant Requests Awarded – $85,000

2022: Foundation Awards $75,000 in Golf for Kids Fundraiser Grants to Recreation to Build a Healthy Community

The Fox Valley Park Foundation has awarded $75,000 to six recipients for 2023. These funds were sourced through the Foundation’s annual Golf for Kids Benefit Outing to help support recreational and educational opportunities for the under-resourced youth and veterans in our community.

    2017 Total Grant Requests Awarded – $42,000

These grants will enhance and help fund programs serving over 7,000 individuals. The Fox Valley Park Foundation’s mission is to promote conservation, health and wellness, and social equity for the Fox Valley Park District communities. These funds were sourced through the Foundation’s annual Golf for Kids fundraiser in June. The 2016 event raised more than $50,000 to support recreational opportunities throughout the district.
